Please verify that you are purchasing the correct test bank using the sample questions before ordering.
Since our test banks are digital products which can be downloaded onto your computer or device, refunds on purchased products are allowed ONLY in one or more of the following cases within 30 days of purchase:
- You have not received or downloaded the test bank.
- The file you received is not complete or is missing some chapters.
We DO NOT process refund requests in any of the following cases:
- You have previously returned a test bank from the QuestionBank store.
- You are requesting a refund for multiple items.
- You purchased the wrong item. We provide sample chapters for this reason to help you verify that you are purchasing the correct product.
For situations not listed above, refund requests are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.
